Hey Lovelies,

I've been cooking quite a lot recently, to the point that my family and friends seem a bit surprised. Over the following weeke
nd I was craving wings after been inspired by a video I saw on facebook. Honestly guys it taste so much like the wings you buy at restaurants!

Ingredients

  • Plain flour
  • Garlic granules
  • Maggi
  • Paprika pepper
  • Salt
  • Honey
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Fresh Chicken wings
Instructions
  • Rinse the chicken wings
  • In a mixing bowl add one cup of plain flour, one teaspoon of salt, one cube of maggi, one tablespoon of paprika pepper (put as little or as much as you want), one teaspoon of garlic, I also used ground pepper ( not a necessity). Mix together
  • Add the wings in flour mixture
  • Grease foil in oven pan
  • Place in oven for 45mins at about 260. In between turning the wings so it can evenly cook
  • In another bowl- mix BBQ sauce and honey  together ( Just guestimated the amount)
  • Once wings are baked in oven for 45 mins. Add wings to sauce mixture in bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Place back in tray and leave in oven for about 10mins at 280. Make sure you check in intervals as it darkens very quickly.

Hey Lovelies,

I've seen quite a few medical bloggers do this, so I thought why not jump on the bandwagon while I'm still a medical student! For those who do not know, I am in my final year of medical school where I am currently doing my accident & emergency rotation. For this rotation my timetable is currently all over the place, some days I start at 8am, 12pm or 10pm!

06:30 Alarm goes off
  • It takes me a while to get out of bed. I snooze my alarm  at least three times before I get out of bed
06:54 Out of bed
  • I shower, get dressed
  • I did not have time to make breakfast so I just had some fruits.
7:45 Out of the house
  • My hospital is actually about 1 hr drive away from where I live.
8:50 Arrive in hospital
  • Have coffee in the staff room
09:00 Start
  • First case for the day is a case I will probably never forget, I still find it hard to believe that it actually happened.  A teenage girl came in with abdo pain and vaginal bleeding. But we actually discovered that she was in labour, but she was not aware that she was pregnant.
  • Vomiting blood
  • Ankle fracture
  • Syncope (faint)
12:36 Lunch

13:00 Back to A&E Department
  • Did a few Jobs- cannulations, taking bloods
  • Cases- Vomiting, confusion
16:08 Finished hospital- Home time

17:25 Home
  • Seems to be always traffic on the way back home, so got home later than usual
  • I procrastinate for a good 40 mins- I check all my social media, make phone calls, and catch up with my housemates.
19:12 Dinner

  • Today I caught up with a show that I am just a little to addicted to.  Love & Hip Hop ATL
20:15  Portfolio work/ study

23:00 In bed

  • It actually takes me about a good two hours before I fall asleep. I really need to work on this
